General Information

Hours

Our office is open when classes are in session; please see the schedule for specific days and times. If you need to visit us at another time, please contact our Administrators by email or phone, 518-426-0660.

Students must be picked up immediately following the end of class.

Notices

Our primary form of communication is email. Please confirm that the email on file in your account is correct so that you can receive our monthly emails and all the necessary information relevant to your dancer.

Closings

If the school closes due to inclement weather, a text and an email will be sent to students registered for classes on that day and a post will be made on Facebook and Instagram.

Placements

Each student’s development is unique. Students are placed into the appropriate level for their maturity and physical development by their instructors. Please be respectful of their knowledge and experience.  Students and parents should anticipate spending an average of  two years at each level. Placement decisions are approved by the Director and are final.

Makeup Lessons

Please notify the school by email or by phone if you are going to be absent.

Make-up lessons are offered for absence due to illness. They must be used within two months of the absence and scheduled in advance. Tuition credit is not given in place of make-up lessons.

Snow days are factored into the tuition, however if you wish to make up a class, you may email your request.

Recital Fees

Our annual Recital will take place on June 2, 2024 at The Performing Arts Center at SUNY Albany. Although it is not mandatory, we do encourage student participation as it is a rewarding,  confidence building experience.

Costume Fees are due on Nov 15th. After January 1st, we are unable to refund any costume fees.
